Prova’s first limited edition holiday spirit is Zabaione! A type of eggnog invented in Turin, it is typically made with egg yolk, sugar, and sweet white wine. Never ones to settle for typical, we made ours with Aperitivo Rosso! The result of which is an absolutely unique, rich, and luxurious holiday drink. Zabaione needs to be refrigerated due to its low ABV, so it's made in extremely small batches. This release is ONLY available in Kentucky - and it’s ONLY available for the month of December!
